- **Event Name**: 20th Annual Fall Open House
- **Event Start and End Date**: Thu, 15 Oct, 2026 at 09:00 am – Sat, 17 Oct, 2026 at 08:00 pm (-04:00)
- **Event Description**: Our friends out there know we've got one of the best in-stock selections of Carhartt and Ariat in Northern Michigan, at some of the best prices out there. Well, it's time for the prices to get just a little bit better! Join us again this year starting on Thursday, October 15 and running through Saturday, October 17 for our 20th Annual Customer Appreciation Days Open House! Take an extra 10% off in-stock, regular priced Carhartt items each day as well as Ariat apparel and work boots, Stormy Kromer, and Lazy One, plus Muck, Danner, and LaCrosse boots; on top of our already great pricing! We'll also have Black Oil Sunflowers on sale these three days only for $19.99/50# bag as well as our Mixed Bird Seed w/corn for $12.99/40# bag (no sales to stores on the bird seeds, please).

Lodi Trading Company Gift with Purchase items this year include the popular Himalayan Tumbler with a purchase of $100 or more as well as other Lodi Trading Company branded items - available with qualifying purchases while supplies last.

We are extending our sale again this year to three days, lasting from Thursday October 15 through Saturday October 17 so that folks can take advantage of great prices without having to fight the crowds. On Saturday, October 17, we will have cider and donuts in the morning and hot dogs, bags of chips, and pop for lunch. While they last, we'll have Mike's World Famous (or at least Lodi Famous) Hawaiian Baked Beans again this year - often the highlight of lunch (and possibly the most nutritive food offered)...get 'em while you can get 'em! We will still have live music Saturday afternoon from Pat Lynch, Rick Toles, Patty Cox, and friends.

Our Grand Prize for this year's drawing is a 2 night stay at the Lamplighter Motel in Mackinaw City. We'll also have a drawing for a pair of Carhartt or Ariat boots or a Stormy Kromer hat! We've got some pretty cool Lego sets for the kids again that they can enter to win as well. Hope to see you all again this year!
