⏰10 am Kids half hour seminar followed by half hour rolling. 

⏰ 11:30 am Adult 45 minute seminar followed by a 1 hour Roll-a-Thon.

What is the Roll-a-Thon?
After the Adult Seminar, we will immediately transition into a community roll-a-thon. This is a chance for participants to drill, roll, and share the mats with fellow BJJ enthusiasts in a friendly, high-energy environment. Get ready for plenty of rounds and a great workout, knowing every ounce of effort is supporting a life-saving cause!

Our Goal: $5,000
Cancer impacts everyone, and we believe our strong BJJ community can make a significant difference. By participating, you are directly contributing to our $5,000 goal, funding vital research and support programs. Let’s fight this battle together—on and off the mats!
