Attend one workshop or make the ultimate commitment to self-care and register for an entire year. Offered at two different times: The noon program is ideal for those who seek to take full advantage of lunch-hour self-care, and the evening program is best suited to those that may have a bit more time.

Age 16+
Date 1st Tuesday of each month, beginning in January

One time workshop fee $25/$31 per session
Commit to the entire year $200/$240
