1. Medical Certificate atleast 3months from race day with “Fit To Run” or equivalent remarks for 7km, 12km, 21km and 50km runners. Duly accomplished waiver and hard copies of medcert to be presented on racekit claiming or on race day prior gunstart.
2. Fully accomplished Guardian waiver consent form for RTLH Mini Kids. Adult runners will be provided to accompany each kids participants as well during the race. Runners may volunteer on race day as adult duo guardian of the participating kids.
2. No pre-requisite races for 7km, 12km, 21km
3. For 50km, we require the registrant to state during registration a qualifying race they finished of atleast 25km trail race or 32km road run from January 2024 onwards. If no qualifying race yet, pls email
