Transferring/selling/buying/ slots is discouraged without permission from race organizer. Unapproved transferred slots will be considered not valid and new runner may be not be given permission to participate and be qualified for podium.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬:
1. Medical Certificate atleast 3months from race day with “Fit To Run” or equivalent remarks for 7km, 12km, 21km and 50km runners. Duly accomplished waiver and hard copies of medcert to be presented on racekit claiming or on race day prior gunstart.
2. Fully accomplished Guardian waiver consent form for RTLH Mini Kids. Adult runners will be provided to accompany each kids participants as well during the race. Runners may volunteer on race day as adult duo guardian of the participating kids.
2. No pre-requisite races for 7km, 12km, 21km
3. For 50km, we require the registrant to state during registration a qualifying race they finished of atleast 25km trail race or 32km road run from January 2024 onwards. If no qualifying race yet, pls email cmFjZXRvbGFrZWhvbG9uIHwgZ21haWwgISBjb20= for your request to allow entry for 50km including recent race(s) you finished or a consistent training data from running apps to justify your preparedness for an ultra category.
