Join us for an intimate and educational International Women’s Day event created to support women navigating peri, mid and post menopause.

Across the evening, we will explore the physical, emotional and hormonal changes that commonly appear through midlife, with guidance from Michelle Kuzilni, Nurse Practitioner who has a clinical interest in menopause and women’s health. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and gain clarity in a supportive, judgement-free environment.
