Y-Not

We are excited to welcome Connor and Tony of Y-Not back to Northern Natural! Their full band played on our stage this past summer and we're looking forward to having the duo play for us this spring!
Inspired by the likes of Dave Matthews, Lauryn Hill, Trevor Hall, and John Mayer, Tony Geren and Connor Meston represent two of the longest standing members of Y-Not, a 6-piece soul-rock / funk jam band out of Grand Rapids, MI. Jamming together since 2018, Tony's empowering lyricism and songwriting coupled with Connor's parts and the ingenuity of others in the band have brought them to stages from Ohio to Chicago; festivals from Summer Camp to Electric Forest. Since the band's inception in 2017, Tony has performed over 35 original compositions live, while Connor, joining officially in 2019, has gone on to perform with a variety of different projects throughout the Michigan music scene. As always, Y-Not invites listeners on a musical journey: An experience of inspiringly memorable moments spent dancing, laughing, and finding peace in community with others
