**No reservations — this event is first come, first served. So come early and come hungry!

spicy italian sausage, chopped tomato with green chilies, cream cheese, served with house fried tortilla chips

— BBQ chicken Pizza $18 —
white sauce, pulled chicken, red onion, and BBQ sauce

— BBQ Brisket Burger $19 —
grilled to order steak burger patty, smoked brisket, smoked gouda, BBQ sauce, haystack onions, and house made pickles

— BBQ Platters —
ALL served with fried corn, 3 house made bbq sauces, braised greens, baked beans, and mac & cheese 

— Beef Brisket $22 — 
tender smoked in-house, slow roasted 

— Half Rack BBQ Rib platter $20 —
slow roasted and dry rubbed
