- **Event Description**: Join us at Move with Joy studio, every Wednesday at 10am for Yoga with Joy! 
All equipment provided, bring yourself and wear clothing comfortable for movement! 
We will flow through Vinyasa sequences as well as longer held Yin poses. Joy's practice stems from traditional yoga asanas, Hatha, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Yoga practices, with over 24 years of teaching experience, Joy will guide each individual to find the space within themselves to open body, mind and spirit to peaceful living, love and gratitude for self and all beings. We look forward to sharing these amazing yoga flows with you! 
class is $10 to drop in, we accept cash, cash app, and Venmo. Community Scholarships for free attendance available upon request. 
Move with Joy is located at 1103 Portage St. Kalamazoo, MI 49001
** please note that we will go up to the roof on nice days, so please arrive a few minutes early so we can all head to the roof together by 10. 
In case of rain or poor weather, we will still host yoga class inside the studio, so please attend weekly, regardless of the weather! We look forward to flowing with you!
