DOUGH: The Art of Letting Go

Join us this September for a six-week interactive lunch-and-learn series with Michele Coy, Business and Leadership Strategist, and Michelle Markham, Naturopath.

Together we’ll explore money, the stories that shape us, undiscovered gifts and talents, gratitude, honesty, emotions, and the nervous system, all through the seasonal theme of letting go and making room for what comes next.

Each 90-minute session will combine conversation, education, reflection, and experiences. Along the way, we’ll explore herbs and teas, auricular acupuncture, nervous-system tools, minerals and how they affect emotions, breath, the vagus nerve, microcurrent, and more.

Bring your lunch and spend your Wednesday with us learning, connecting, and discovering something new about yourself.

Wednesdays, 11:30 AM–1:00 PM
Beginning September 23
$20 per session or $100 for all six weeks
Location: Holisitcs on 9th
