This session focuses on centering, coming back to your breath, your body, and the present moment. We’ll begin at Wild Birds Unlimited with a warm cup of homemade chai and a brief introduction to mindfulness, then head to Woods Lake for a guided relaxation and gentle birding experience.

There’s no pressure to “know” anything. Just come as you are. Along the way, you’ll deepen your connection to nature, build confidence in noticing birds, and share a peaceful experience with others.
