Each day will offer a gentle combination of physical movement, meditations, a teaching session and opportunities to explore the stunning natural world around us – as well as our own minds.

David will share his own creative journey, with a focus on how meditation can shift us into a state where we optimise our clarity, coherence and creativity. 

He will share a few readings from his much-loved novels! Whatever form your creative expression takes – writing, art, movement - there will be personal time for exploration. If, like David, you are a writer, a special treat is that we’ll be joined by his literary agent, Monica Meehan, who has introduced his work to the world, and is a wise and generous adviser.
