It's overcoming the freeze that stops you from doing it.You'll also train alongside a coach who holds a Taekwondo black belt and brings 30 years of city and federal law enforcement experience — someone who has responded to the exact situations this course prepares you for.We didn't build this curriculum from a textbook.
