About the event

Meditation Class
Wishing to start a meditation and mindfulness practice? A class on mindfulness will be held on Sunday, August 24 from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. A class on meditation will follow a week later on Sunday, August 31, also from 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. These classes will be taught by Rev. Jiko and Clear Houn Englebert in the temple's meditation hall. All are welcome. Pre-registration is not required. Please wear loose clothing. No spandex, shorts, or fragrances. Call (808) 322-3524 for more information.
