IAM Meditation is Insight Awareness Meditation. It's a simple, practical yet profound practice, that generates clarity, peace, ease and calmness in the mind.

This retreat is suitable for all levels of practice from beginner onwards.
Our facilitators are trained in IAM Meditation and practice daily.
