Join us for an exclusive culinary journey through the heart of Martinborough. We are thrilled to announce a special collaboration between the award-winning Union Square Bistro & Bar and the iconic Nga Waka Vineyard. 

For one night only, experience a 5-course degustation designed to showcase the very best of our local terroir.

Head Chef Ali alongside Owner/Chef Adam Newell have crafted a bespoke menu that marries his signature modern-NZ style with French flair, using the finest seasonal Wairarapa produce. 

Hosted by Winemaker Paul Mason of Nga Waka, each course is expertly paired with a selection of premium Nga Waka wines—from their elegant, site-driven Chardonnays to the powerful and concentrated Pinot Noirs that have defined their legacy for over 30 years.
