Palliser Start of Summer Asado Weekend

We support the Toast Martinborough team in taking a pause this November, and bringing a new and improved festival back in November 2026.

So at Palliser, we’re marking the start of summer our own way — with a Palliser Summer Asado, held all weekend Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 November.

Join us for a laid-back weekend of Chef Norka's South American-inspired barbecue, street-food and raw bar (think oysters, ceviche, alongside new vintage Griffin bubbles). We’ll have live music from Molly Pawson, and Carl Webley, with Mikki Dee spinning some South American infused tracks in the afternoons. And, of course, all your favourite Palliser wines.

No tickets, no bookings — just turn up and chance a table or beanbag, or even BYO picnic blanket — toast to the start of summer with us.
