All postures and moves can be modified to meet your need that day. For partcipants of all abilities and all stages of treatment. We aim to create a community of hope, love, and understanding with others who understand the unique challenges of being a cancer survivor.6-6:15pm is spent greeting, being in community, and getting ready for our practice. 6:20pm is when class begins. If you are running late just quietly join us where we are. If you have a ticket a mat will be set out for you.I f you can not make class for any reason please "request a refund" to allow ticket to allow the space for someone else.Taught by Maui Mel RYT instrucor who is a breast cancer survivor, practiced yoga for 20+ years before getting certified in 2021, and 10+ years as a LMT.
