Intended to provide a fun and energizing workout, PolyFit® will engage your core, hips and legs for a fun tropical work out. This fun yet challenging experience is suitable for all levels. Join us and feel the rhythms of the islands!

-Dance Classes: Hula and Filipino dances.

-Craft Making: Ti Leaf Bracelet Making, Lauhala Bracelet Weaving and Kukui Nut Bracelet Making.

-Music Lessons: Ukulele and Tahitian Drum.
