After a generous break, the afternoon block Idea Evaluation & Business Model Canvas shifts into analytical mode: assessing market potential, defining target customers and mapping the idea onto the canvas – in small groups, with peer feedback. Koch- und Backschule MUPÄZ (Museum Education Centre), KulmbachDay 2 means getting hands on. In the fully equipped professional kitchen of the MUPÄZ, participants take ownership of their product work.
