The next clean up event will be on Saturday, April 18 from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. at City Hall.
Residents of Justin can bring their bulk trash to City Hall during that time for disposal at no cost. The roll-off dumpsters are available until they are at capacity, so plan to arrive early. To help keep the line moving and ensure everyone has a chance to participate, we kindly ask that each household limits themselves to one trip through the line.
Proof of residency in Justin City limits will be required via a driver's license or water bill.
This Clean Up Event will include bulk trash, electronic waste/recycling, and document shredding.
We will NOT accept:
Any appliances containing freon, such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, or washers.
Tires
Paint
Hazardous Chemicals
Disposal of the following items is free of charge:
Cell phones
Laptops
Computer towers (with or without hard drive)
Monitors, keyboards, and mice
Power cords and speakers
Small countertop appliances (microwaves, toasters, etc.)
Paper documents
Additional $25 Disposal/Processing Fee for each item:
TV's up to 65" (no large screen projections models)
CRT computer monitors Microwaves (no commercial models)
Desktop printers and scanners (no commercial models)
Additional $15 for Hard Drive Destruction (on-site)
Paper shredding includes all sensitive documents such as:
Banking Information
Checks
Statements
Records Payroll information Financial statements Insurance information
*No need to remove paper clips, staples, file folders, or rubber bands...we can shred those!
