Our public libraries are open daily from 10am to 9pm. Mall libraries in shopping malls open daily from 11am to 9pm. We are closed at 5pm on eves of Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and closed on Public Holidays. See you at our public libraries soon! 3. Can I borrow books with my IC if I don’t have an account?
