All are welcome to come by and receive a bowl from us.About this EventIn the spirit of this tradition, we will be distributing our much-loved Bubur Lambuk Ikan Tenggiri (spiced mackerel porridge) at two locations, joined by Chef Azfar Mazwan, who will be giving away a sweet treat, Bubur Sum Sum.This bubur has a special place in our hearts as it's a recipe from our ancestors from Pulau Semakau. Bubur Lambuk is a spiced rice porridge typically made with beef or mutton and traditionally served by mosques during Iftar. However, for the islanders, the ikan tenggiri (mackerel), alongside other coral fishes, was the staple of our Bubur.We are grateful to be able to give back to our community with our Bubur Lambuk distribution drive.
