Details: Ready for short distance and speed work?! Come to this training paddle to do 3-5 miles of intervals to focus on improving your cardio & speed on the water.

Location: Burt Reynolds Park East Side Kayak Launch, 805 US1, Jupiter, FL


Parking: Free in grassy area for kayak parking or by the playground


Equipment: Bring your board, paddle, leash, PFD, whistle, nutrition, hydration, sun protection.
