Let's start 2026 together with a twisty and stretchy yoga class! Need a little detox after New Year's Eve, but not too early? Twisting offers lots of benefits, from restoring and maintaining range of motion in the spine, to aiding digestion and energizing the body and mind. We'll put on some fun music for practice too!
