A Beginner’s Slow Flow Class Blending Recovery Principles with Yoga & Meditation. Led by Shellie Chiet, Serenity Yoga Teacher and Recovery Guide. Step into a sacred space where healing meets stillness. This gently paced, all-levels workshop is created especially for anyone walking the path of recovery, whether you’re in a 12-step program, exploring sobriety, or simply seeking deeper peace. We begin with a daily recovery reading that plants the spiritual seed for our practice. From there, we weave the timeless principles of surrender, honesty, courage, and serenity into every breath and every pose.
What to Expect:
• Gentle warm-ups to release stored tension
• Slow, mindful vinyasa flow linking breath with movement
• Restorative poses that invite the body to let go
• Spiritual principles shared softly throughout (no preaching, just truth)
• Extended guided meditation and yoga nidra to close
• Awakening in pure bliss, grounded in peace
