Sand spur ultra course preview

All paces welcome. Whether you’re new to the course or a veteran come on out! Get the lay of the land, grease some palms, get a feel and maybe even a taste of the sand. The loop is 4.5 miles (you can do more if you’d like, I’ll join you). Bring any hydration or nutrition you will need. The sand will be provided.
