Perfect for all levels, this monthly event takes place on the first Friday of every month at the Coastal Gym, next door to the Third Eye Mystic Shop.

Prepare for an unforgettable evening of soulful exploration. Bring a blanket, yoga mat, and pillow to ensure your complete comfort. Treat your soul and join us on this magical journey!

BRING: Yoga Mat, pillow, blanket and anything else to be comfortable while lying or sitting on the floor.

TIME: 7-8:30pm, Doors open at 6:30, please be early, pick your spot, doors are locked at 7:05pm
