Little Moir's Food Shack Presents "I Can't Believe It's a Butter Dinner"

We’re throwing a dinner party for one of the most iconic ingredients in the kitchen: butter.

This isn't a joke, and it’s not a pound of melted butter poured on a plate. It’s a creative, chef-driven celebration of how butter enhances flavor, texture, and technique in ways you might not expect.

On Sunday, November 9th, join us for "I Can’t Believe It’s a Butter Dinner", a one-night-only event featuring a special menu crafted by Food Shack’s original chefs: Mike Moir, Drew Shimkus, and Frank Murgio. This is the first time in years they’ll all be cooking together.

Each course will highlight butter in a different way and paired with ingredients that let it shine. Expect savory, sweet, and everything in between.
