Gong & Sound Bowl Meditation

Join us in our Discovery Center for an immersive experience that utilizes an extensive array of ancient and state-of-the art instruments, including gongs, Himalayan singing bowls, crystal bowls, monochords, wood chimes, ocean drums, and more.

Registration is $25 per person and spaces are limited, so sign up in advance. Class will take place indoors inside our main Welcome Center building.

Bring your own mat and water bottle, and wear comfy clothing to be able to move with ease.
