- **Event Description**: Set time aside for your wellbeing as we share art, sound, nature and blue mind to create balance and wellbeing inspired by water. Wildbluesea has teamed up with talented local artist Sarah La Pierre to provide an artsy Reset the first Tuesday of each month December-May. We begin with a short blue mind talk and meditation then get out the watercolors for some free-flow painting practices guided by Sarah. No experience needed. This is time to unplug from to-do lists and connect to the natural world. Painting doesn't have to be perfect. The movement of each brush stroke helps calm the nervous system as your mind is engaged in a soothing, focused activity. Much like the "soft focus" we experience being near and in the water, known as blue mind. We end with a social to enjoy our time together in this uniquely beautiful location overlooking Jupiter Inlet.

DETAILS: 6:30-8 pm Check in begins at 6:15 pm just inside the main entrance  to Jupiter Lighthouse. Use the main parking lot by the inlet. Bring a beach chair, mat or cushion to be comfortable sitting and a notebook or journal with paper heavy enough for watercolor paints. We supply the rest. 

Your $18 supports this program and Wildbluesea's healthy waterways projects. Cash or credit card at the gate.
