Breathing Out the Old Welcoming the New is a special year end breathwork celebration designed to help you release the weight of the past year and open to fresh possibility. In this one-hour journey, we will move together through intentional breathing, gentle movement, and the soothing tones of sound and music. With each breath, you will let go of what no longer serves you and create space for clarity, hope, and renewal. This session is both a reflection and a reset, an opportunity to honor your journey and welcome the year ahead with openness and ease.
