Pounds Hollow Recreation Area will be the chilly site Saturday, March 7th for the 5th Annual Shawnee Plunge to support the Friends of the Shawnee National Forest and the Equality Fire Department. 

Show up and take the Plunge! 

Hike to Pounds Hollow Arch at 9:00 am.

Sasquatch Grill food truck from 11:00 - 3:30

Forest Therapy Hike to Rim Rock from 12:00-1:30

Live music by John West from 12:00 - 2:00

Pre-registration and check-in begin at noon, with the Plunge taking place at 2 p.m.
