Connecting Earth & Sky Through Science & Art - Joshua Treenial Cultural Partner

The earth from above, the sky from below and art from inside. Climate scientist, Dr. Carmen Blackwood will reveal a top view of the past, present and predicted future of earth through satellite imagery, ; Lizbeth De LaTorre, JPL Earth and Exoplanet Travel Bureau Artist will show artist interpretations of scientific discoveries of distant planets outside of our solar system and speak about her collaboration with JPL astrophysicists; a laser tour of the night sky with Dr. Gary Blackwood, 2025 Harrison House Residency Fellow, will bring the Exoplanets into perspective.
There will be a garden meal of hearty soup, salad and mint moringa tea available for $15.
