Physical Therapy Workshop

Injuries can happen anywhere — during a workout, on the job, or even doing everyday tasks. The key is understanding how to respond, recover, and come back stronger.

Join Anthony and Jenny Huling for an educational and practical discussion on how to navigate pain or injury with confidence. They’ll break down what really happens when tissues are stressed, how to safely manage activity while healing, and the role that movement, strength, and proper load play in preventing future issues.

You’ll also learn what a Physical Therapist does, how PT can complement your training and daily life, and why an active approach is often the best path to lasting health and performance.

Anyone looking to better understand how to manage or prevent injury, stay active, and move well for life.

At the end of the session, attendees can sign up for a complimentary 15-minute movement and injury screen (to be scheduled at a later date).
