About the event
Tomáseen Foley’s "A Celtic Christmas"
Tomáseen Foley’s "A Celtic Christmas" brings Ireland’s holiday traditions to life with masterful storytelling, spirited music, and breathtaking dance. For nearly 30 years, this acclaimed production has transported audiences across the United States to the “Rambling House,” a cozy Irish cottage where neighbors gather on Christmas Eve for an evening of laughter, song, and community. Anchored by Foley’s captivating tales from his childhood in Teampall an Ghleanntáin, the evening overflows with lively step dancing, hauntingly beautiful carols, and Celtic artistry. This heartwarming holiday event invites audiences to step into the cottage and become neighbors for the night.
And, thanks to our friends at Spiva Center for the Arts, kids can have a magical evening while their parents enjoy "A Celtic Christmas"! Drop your kids off at a special art class that invites young artists to explore holiday-themed projects, experiment with new materials, and make handmade gifts or keepsakes to take home.
