In this 2.5 hour course we will be exploring the art of sourdough while also diving deep into the ingredients required to make a perfect loaf!
You will be provided with your own banneton basket, dough scraper, and scorer along with a dough to bring home and resources to continue your sourdough journey.
There will be a loaf of bread fresh from the oven along with a q&a session at the end of class. Make it a girls night or a date night and enjoy the evening with your hands in some dough!
