3.  How I will inspire you: Beyond this I have a massive amount of passion for what I'm doing. Since I started with Jesse and Pickett Street Properties in November 2012 I have:

Started the PNW Admin Mastermind- we meet monthly in our office. Open to all Admin in Real Estate & Mortgage.

Started the PNW Operations Retreat- a 3 day retreat with high level speakers and 30 operations folks from around the country. This year, in 2019- we had Gary John Bishop- author of the book "Unfu*k Yourself", Tyler Schmitt- Executive Assistant to Gary Vaynerchuk, and En-May Mangels- a Strategic Intuitive Advisor.

Started a podcast with my boss called: The Finely Clicked Podcast. On this podcast we talk about many of the struggles we've had in business and in our partnership.

Any business, it's targeted at Real Estate Agents but the content is applicable across industries. 5.
