Join us for a powerful midday reset designed to awaken energy, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit. This special workshop blends Kundalini Yoga practices with a deeply restorative gong bath experience to activate and balance the body’s energy centers. The healing sound waves help quiet the nervous system, release tension, and guide the body into deep meditative rest.

This session will be led by Melissa Crowder, a trained and certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Vinyasa Yoga with a focus on pranayama (breathwork). Melissa began practicing yoga in 2006 and started teaching in 2010. A lover of music and a lifelong student of life, she brings joyful energy to her teaching and loves chanting mantra, dancing, and moving with the breath.

All levels welcome 

Option to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, mask and anything you need to feel comfortable during relaxation.

Take an hour to breathe, reset, and reconnect.
