Food Handler Course and Assessment

The Joplin Health Department is teaching ServSafe Food Handler courses. These courses are taught by Joplin health inspectors and are open to the public.

Geared towards food service workers or those who prepare meals for large groups, this course covers basic safe food handling procedures.

Classes are taught at the Joplin Public Library, 1901 E 20th Street, West Community Room. The cost is $15 per person. There is an assessment at the end of each course.
