Gather & Breathe: Christmas Week Edition

Before the pace of the holidays picks up and the year starts winding down, this is a good moment to reset. We’re gathering for a short, steady breathing session designed to help you clear your head, slow your system, and create a little space for what matters most going into the new year.

We’ll focus on:

simple breathing to calm the body

a brief pause to think about what you want more of in the coming year

settling into Christmas week with a clearer sense of presence and intention


It’s low-pressure and easy to join from home (or the parking lot of your next store) — just a quiet corner and thirty minutes to yourself.

This practice is for anyone, but space is limited.
