This divine combination for gentle stretch holds, with nourishing touch to encourage your body and mind into a deep rest state, releasing aches & pains. 
Fall deep into your savasana with Sound bowls, chimes and wind instruments to take you to a state of bliss that you have never achieved.
Co creating this wholesome event is Sophie Bijleveld, as we live parallel lives teaching yoga, sound healings and Massage, you will be held in such great hands with Sophie and I.

Finishing with light nutritious snacks and tea to share our experience and ask any questions.
Please come in comfortable clothing for stretching and meditaion. No thick jeans or jackets. Bring a yoga mat and any other props that may make your experience more supported.

We will require you to fill out general health information about your body so we can assist your healing.

About your facilitator:

Lena has cutlivated healing practices throughout her life, searched for answers for healing her fractured spine, and blended eastern and western medicine for the benefit of all bodies. Her passion for health has led her down many rabbit holes, and discernment for true health, Alignment of mind body and soul.
Lena is a Remedial massage therapist, Reiki practitioner and uses mutlidimensional frequencies to access healing for each individual person. Blending science with metaphysics is a speciality when Lena holds space, which can be in the form of Yoga, Sound healing, meditations and women's groups.
