The Sankalpa you say during Nidra is Bound to come true in your life, let's spend some time together in an extended practice, to feel deeper into our True Desire

Welcome to this Yoga Nidra Exploration in a 100 minute extended experience.  Yoga Nidra serves as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind, unlocking the potential of our brainwaves to enhance our well-being and expand our consciousness.

In this extended Yoga Nidra Discovery Session we will take 30 minutes to understand the depth of your Sankalpa or Resolve by working with plant medicine cacao 

You will be asked to gather something from the earth to contribute to the altar.

Through introspection, we will connect with our essence, our higher self and find insight into our Personal Dharma - our Higher Purpose. Through this exploration and discovery into our open heart, we can make a Sankalpa or Resolve that aligns with our true nature and inner most truths. Your Sankalpa becomes your resolution or commitment into aligning with your Dharma. It is more than an intention, it is a connection to your highest truth and a commitment to honouring that truth.


You will begin to discover your Sankalpa or strengthen the one you already have through this discovery session and we create an earth altar together. You will be asked to gather something from the earth to contribute to the altar.

We will then experience a 30 min Yoga Nidra for a deepened rest, a deepened connection to your sankalpa.  

Extended śavāsana after Nidra will be finished with a soothing and gentle sound bath with Koshi Chimes and Crystal Singing Bowls.

After there will be time to journal and integration. This class is suitable for beginners or those that practice Nidra often, we can create or strengthen our Sankalpa and sometimes, our Sankalpa will evolve as we go.
