Welcome into a space of pure being and non doing. Let all your stress and tension melt away as the frequencies and vibrations of multiple instruments, take you out of your overactive monkey mind and allow you through brainwave entrainment to expanded states of consciousness

We will start with a gentle breath meditation - a grounding awareness - to anchor into a restorative space for presence, and gentle relaxation

There is nothing to do, nothing to bring. Let the Sounds guide your nervous system and stimulate the vagus nerve into rest and restore.
