In an extended practice, you will embark on the ultimate Rest & Restore Journey.

Gong & Breath will ground and connect you to the heartbeat of the earth.  You will be led into the practice of Yoga Nidra.  This practice requires no movement what so ever in-fact the entire class is done in śavāsana (corpse pose) and insists you stay still and don’t move at all. 

You are guided into an expanded state of consciousness exploring the in between of the awake and dream world & Theta Brainwave

Your body will experience a deep rest while your mind stays awake and it has been said a Nidra is equivalent to 3-4 hrs sleep.

This deep restorative rest will be finished with gentle sound bath of bowls, chimes, waterfall discs.
