About the Book:
'Don’t Panic' is designed for Australians seeking to retire comfortably with a modest amount in savings. All the key components to a happy retirement are explained in detail, including Centrelink, tax, investments and superannuation, plus practical tricks and tips, drawn on more than 35 years as a practicing financial planner.
About the Author:
Nick Bruining has more than 37 years in the financial advice industry, acting as both an adviser to individuals through the practice he founded, and also sharing his knowledge through his many roles.
Nick was one of the earliest recipients of the Financial Planner of the Year Award.
He is the author of a number of best-selling books including 'Don’t Panic - Why you don’t need $1 Million to retire well', and as co-author of 'Don’t Panic - Aged Care'.
Nick is an economist by education and was previously a lecturer at the prestigious Curtin University. He is a director and board member of the highly-regarded Certified Independent Financial Advisers Association Ltd and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Financial Planning) and a Diploma of Financial Planning. He is also a FAICD Director.
Dymocks Karrinyup will be selling Nick's book on the night, and Nick will be available for book signing.
