Let’s Walk About It is a free, weekly walk-and-talk space created to give people a safe, relaxed place to walk, connect, and “talk about it” — whatever it may be.

After growing up in foster care in England and experiencing homelessness, I know first-hand how vital community support can be when you’re struggling, feeling alone, or simply needing a moment to breathe.

I host these walks because I love walking, and I truly believe that time in nature helps us reset, find calm, and open up to real conversations — whether we’re feeling stuck, unmotivated, or just craving connection.

In a world dominated by online interactions, I absolutely adore the chance to meet new people face-to-face and share meaningful chats with people from all walks of life.

I’d love for you to come and experience the benefits of a good walk (and talk!) with me.
