Gentle Breathwork is a  introduction to working with Breath as medicine and ideal for those interested in exploring other styles of breathwork, but want to start of slowly or those just looking for a gentle and nourishing practice. 

On arrival you will choose your plush linen mat that is provided to you for comfort and convenience, there is nothing at all to bring. You will be guided to through the entire process.  There is space for savasana and finishing with a soothing gentle integration with chimes and healing touch (Optional)
