Gentle Breathwork & Sound Journey is a nourishing guided practice designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate a deeper connection to your breath and body.

Through slow, rhythmic breathing techniques, you’ll be gently guided to expand your nervous system’s capacity for emotional regulation while activating the body’s natural rest-and-restore response. This calming process stimulates the vagus nerve, helping to reduce anxiety and bring the body back into balance.

Many of us unconsciously restrict our breathing as a protective response to stress or overwhelming experiences. During this session, we gently work with the diaphragm to release tension and allow breath to return to its natural, full flow.

When the breath opens, the body follows — creating space for deeper relaxation, emotional processing, and renewed vitality.

This session is intentionally slow, safe, and accessible, making it the perfect introduction for anyone curious about breathwork or looking for a deeply restorative experience.

You’ll leave feeling calmer, grounded, and more connected to your inner sense of peace.

Your experience

Upon arrival, you’ll choose your own plush linen mat, fully prepared for your comfort — there is nothing you need to bring.

You will be gently guided through the entire breathwork journey, allowing you to relax and fully surrender to the experience.

The session includes time for deep rest in savasana, followed by a soothing integration sound bath with the pure tones of Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®, designed to help your body absorb and integrate the practice.

Optional gentle healing touch may also be offered to support deeper relaxation and grounding.

This experience is ideal for:
