Gentle Breathwork & Sound Journey is for those looking for a gentle and nourishing practice to gently connect to the body through breath and restore safety within the body. 

Expanding Capacity in your nervous system for a wider window of tolerance of emotional regulation

Unlock and de-amour your diaphragm to restore a full and natural flow of breathing that  may have been shut down as a way of protection when we were unable or not equipped with the capacity to process.  To breathe in natural flow to our full expanse is to finally allow ourselves to feel fully and restore the beautiful full bodied breath that is our very life force energy.

This is gentle journey of introspection and slow rythmic breathing for nervous system regulation overall stress reduction and the ability to decrease anxiety through stimulation of the vagus nerve. 

Gentle Breathwork is a  introduction to working with Breath as medicine and ideal for those interested in exploring other styles of breathwork, but want to start of slowly or those just looking for a gentle and nourishing practice to feel safety within their own body.

There is space for savasana and finishing with a soothing gentle integration sound bath with the purest Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®️, and healing touch (Optional)
