Using the breath as our incredible teacher and guide back to ourselves working with various techniques:
🐉 Dragon/Shakti Breathwork (feminine shamanic breathwork)
🐍 Kundalini Tantric Breathwork
♥️ Heart-Womb Breathwork
👑 Sacred Breath Immersion

The circle begins with an opening conversation over Cacao + Rose, working with intention and incorporating depending on the session,  ritual / practice that will be different with each session. Using only the highest quality oils, cacao, herbs - all wildcrafted, organic and ethically sourced (all included)

We move into breath exploration and take our journeys, followed by a long savasana and sound bath using Crystal Tones Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls®️ where you will be cocooned in sound for a soft and gentle landing after your experience.


Please note due to the nature of the work - these sessions can vary in time - they are intuitively led and felt into the room whats needed in any given session.  Generally allow 2-3 hours

Next is a list of contraindications for Conscious, Connected Breathwork.  Please *do not continue to book the session if you have any of the contraindications listed below*. You may email us at heal@featherandsage.com.au to discuss your situation.  Alternative options might be available or you could be still able to join in once we receive clarification around your listed contraindication. But please do not book without a discussion. 

- Pregnancy (at any stage)
- Detached Retina
- Glaucoma
- Kidney disease 
- High Blood Pressure 
- Cardiovascular disease, including angina, previous heart attack or stroke
- Diagnosis of aneurysm of any kind
- Uncontrolled thyroid conditions
- Diabetes (any type)
- Severe Asthma— for mild to moderate asthma, we can discuss but you must bring your inhaler to the session
- Epilepsy
- History of Seizures
- Prior diagnosis of bipolar disorder, schizophrenia or previous psychiatric condition
- Recent surgery, stitches or injury
- Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve deep physical and/or emotional release
